Maple & Ash is bringing its signature fire-fueled dining experience to Midtown Manhattan at 1290 Avenue of the Americas. The 12,000 square foot space will be the restaurant group’s first New York City outpost, and play a key role in Vornado’s ongoing transformation of the building. Maple & Ash will offer tenants and the local community a bold, elevated destination for everything from business lunches to unforgettable nights out.
Known for redefining the classic steakhouse, Maple & Ash blends a modern aesthetic with authentic, over-the-top hospitality. The menu is centered around wood-fired dishes, including showstoppers like the Fire Roasted Seafood Tower and the restaurant's signature tasting menu, a chef-driven four-course experience.
